1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or placing a wholesale order with Pebletex OÜ, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to bind your business entity to these Terms.

2. Services and Goods

Pebletex OÜ provides wholesale distribution of pet accessories and related non-food pet products (including bowls, equipment, and similar items).

Product descriptions on the website are presented as accurately as possible; however, we reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions, availability, or pricing and to cancel or adjust orders affected by such errors.

3. Payments and Invoicing

We operate on a professional B2B invoicing model:

Payment Method:
All payments must be made via bank transfer (SEPA/SWIFT) to the bank account specified on the invoice. We do not accept credit cards or alternative payment methods unless agreed in writing.

Currency:
Payments must be made in EUR unless otherwise specified on the invoice.

Order Processing:
Orders are processed only after full payment of the issued invoice has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Refund and Return Policy

In accordance with the Estonian Law of Obligations Act governing B2B transactions:

Standard Wholesale Orders:
All wholesale sales are final. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, incorrect ordering by the buyer, or unsold inventory.

Defective or Damaged Goods:
If products arrive damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. After verification, we will provide a replacement, credit note, or another appropriate solution at our discretion.

B2C Withdrawal (If Applicable):
If an order is placed by an individual consumer not acting in a business capacity, a 14-day right of withdrawal may apply as required by law, provided the products are returned unused and in their original, unopened packaging.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and materials, is the property of Pebletex OÜ or its licensors.
Use, reproduction, or distribution of any content without prior written permission is prohibited.

6. Client / Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate company, billing, and shipping information.

• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to the import, distribution, resale, or use of the products in their jurisdiction.

• Ensuring they hold any required licenses, registrations, or approvals for resale activities.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pebletex OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or interruption of operations arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability shall in all cases be limited to the amount paid for the specific goods giving rise to the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Guarantees

Pebletex OÜ acts as a wholesale distributor. Any product-specific warranties or performance guarantees are provided by the original manufacturer unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
